We bought our first spa pool from Spa City Spas 15 years ago. It has served us very well, and we were able to sell it on. Regularly serviced by Michael, it was still in great working order, however it was time to upgrade. After much consultation and research we chose a new larger spa pool for our site – the Sapphire myDelight – Standard Plus Model. It ticked all the boxes for us in terms of exercise, relaxation, massage, cost. It looks great, too. Love the new ozone filter feature. Delivery onsite was a breeze with Michael’s capable oversight. Always helpful, always available, lots of great suggestions – why would you go anywhere else but Spa City Spas. Competitive pricing, too. Great products with great ongoing, friendly service. 15 years ago we called Spa City and ordered sight unseen a 6-8 seater. The whole transaction was effortless. The price was great and the spa was fantastic. Michael organised installation and we barely remember it was so smooth. Perhaps taking that for granted we recently thought we’d give a local spa franchise a try. We are disgusted in the service they provided and cancelled our order. Be warned there are some unscrupulous types out there. Nevertheless by a combination of fate and the best spa deal around we found ourselves back in contact with Spa City. Michael was still there & remembered us! Once again on the phone and sight unseen we ordered a Swim Spa from him. I have limited space here so I’ll get to the point if you are looking for a swim spa (or spa) remember these 3 things.

1) The Price – Spa City Spas prices do compare with the best deals at other shops BUT what you get DOES NOT. Look carefully, Spa City is offering a spa and equipment that should be rightfully compared to the $24-28K swim spas not the $13K range! The spas are Australian made – Badu Jets – Astral & Davey Pumps & Filters etc. And having just removed a smaller Spa City Spa I can tell you, you can’t break them with a sledge hammer you can barely cut through them with the toughest saw!.

2) Trust – You will need someone you can trust and someone with the honesty, experience and professionalism to answer your many questions. Michael is the only person we came across in 3mths looking that qualifies here.

3) Installation – Spa City will put you in contact with the right people to make sure everything goes smoothly. Buying the pool is only half the job. Installation is key. Seriously if you buy a swim spa from anywhere else you just got ripped off, for Australian built quality spas & equipment there is only one place to go. Spa City. THANK YOU Michael.
